Ciba Fitness

Our Philosophy

About Ciba Fitness

Ciba means “rock” or “foundation” in the Arawak language, a tribute to the ancestral roots of Antigua & Barbuda and the enduring strength of the Caribbean spirit. At Ciba Fitness, we believe true strength begins from within. Your core and spine are not just the center of your body; they are the foundation of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Movement should not feel intimidating. It should feel grounding, empowering, and deeply personal.

Much like a rock that remains grounded through shifting tides and seasons, a strong foundation allows the body to move with greater stability, confidence, grace, and resilience. This philosophy is at the heart of every experience we create at Ciba.

Through intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and alignment-focused instruction, our Reformer Pilates sessions are designed to help strengthen the body from the inside out. Using state-of-the-art reformers and thoughtfully guided movement, we help clients improve posture, mobility, balance, core strength, and body awareness in a way that feels both empowering and deeply restorative.

Rooted in Caribbean warmth and elevated wellness, Ciba Fitness is more than a studio, it is a space to reconnect with your body, move with purpose, and build a foundation that supports you both on and off the reformer.
