Mat Pilates Instructor
We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team and help clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence through mindful movement.
This role is ideal for instructors who are dedicated to teaching precise movement, fostering a welcoming environment, and helping clients of all abilities achieve their wellness goals.
As part of our studio, you'll lead intimate Mat Pilates classes in a beautifully designed Caribbean-inspired space where movement, education, and community come together.
Whether introducing the fundamentals of Pilates or delivering dynamic full-body classes with props, you'll create safe, engaging, and empowering experiences that leave every client feeling stronger, more balanced, and connected to their body.
- Current Mat Pilates certification from Body Control Pilates, Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates (Merrithew), Polestar Pilates, BASI Pilates, or another internationally recognized Pilates education provider or willingness to obtain.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, alignment, and functional movement principles.
- Ability to safely modify and progress exercises for beginners, active adults, older adults, and clients with common movement limitations or minor injuries.
- Experience incorporating Pilates props such as resistance bands, Pilates rings, stability balls, light weights, weighted rings & beams and other small equipment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal cueing, observation, and communication skills with a strong focus on movement quality.
- Professional, reliable, positive, and committed to creating an exceptional client experience.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).
- Lead engaging 45-minute Mat Pilates classes for small groups.
- Develop and deliver engaging, safe and progressive sessions aligned with Ciba Fitness' movement philosophy of Stability, Mobility, and Integration.
- Provide exercise modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levels, physical abilities, and client goals.
- Monitor movement quality and deliver clear verbal instruction along with appropriate hands-on corrections when suitable and with client consent.
- Utilize Pilates props to create varied, effective, and engaging class experiences.
- Maintain a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive studio environment that encourages client confidence and long-term progress.
- Ensure all mats, props, and studio spaces are clean, organized, and prepared before and after every class.
- Collaborate with the Ciba Fitness team to continually enhance programming, member experience, and studio standards.
Reformer Pilates Instructor
We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team and help clients move with strength, precision, and confidence.
This role is ideal for instructors who are committed to high-quality movement education, exceptional client care, and creating engaging small-group Reformer classes.
As part of our studio, you'll teach in a beautifully designed Caribbean-inspired space where mindful movement, community, and personal growth come together.
Whether guiding first-time clients through the fundamentals or delivering dynamic intermediate flows, you'll create safe, challenging, and rewarding experiences that leave every client feeling stronger than when they arrived.
- Current Reformer Pilates certification from Body Control Pilates, Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates (Merrithew), Polestar Pilates, BASI Pilates, or another internationally recognized Pilates education provider or willingness to obtain.

- Monitor technique and deliver effective verbal cueing and appropriate hands-on corrections when suitable and with client consent.
- Maintain a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive studio environment.
- Prepare and inspect reformers and studio equipment before and after each class.
- Collaborate with the Ciba Fitness team to continually elevate programming, education, and the member experience.
